The worst burger I’ve had in a long time: flat as a pancake and burnt to a crisp. I actually used to rate this place but their standards have clearly dropped massively (although ironically the fries were better than usual). I shan’t order from them again

Burgers sure are the best. Not a fan of the fries. The ones under the cheese sauce are soggy and taste “grainy”. Too bad cause the cheese sauce is great!

I waited two and a half hours to get cold food and not even what I asked for. I have intolerances and I mentioned them in my order. Despite mentioning specifically what I could not eat, my order remained unchanged, with the things I am not able to eat.
